Dr. Jenista has provided family and cosmetic dentistry to Scottsdale area residents since 1997. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Idaho and his dental degree at Creighton University in 1994. Annually attending continuing education courses enables Dr. Jenista to stay at the forefront of his specialty so that he can provide optimal care to his patients.

Kimberly Weatherford, our dental assistant was born in Fort Worth Texas, but lived in a small town in Red River New Mexico. Kim then moved to Denver Colorado for a few years, until she decided to move here in Scottsdale to be with her father. She graduated from Saguaro High School in 1979 followed by 2 years at Scottsdale Community College. She chose dental assisting as a career in 1980 and became a certified dental assistant. Kim has been enjoying dentistry for 29 years and takes her job very seriously. She wants each and every patient too feel comfortable, and be happy with the dental work provided. She loves outdoors activities such as hiking, skiing (water and snow), camping, horseback riding, or just being home working in the yard and catching some rays.
Michelle Austin is our office manager. She was born and raised in Southern California and went to high school and college in Apple Valley, CA. She also attended college at Southwest Texas State University. Michelle has been working in the dental field for 15 years and she has been working for Dr. Jenista for the last six years. Michelle enjoys working with patients to achieve their dental goals by helping to find ways to make dentistry more affordable. She and her husband of 20 years have three children together. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her youngest son Jake and being involved with his sports activities. She enjoys cooking and entertaining friends and guests at her home. Michelle loves to work out at the gym and enjoys weekend Harley rides with her husband. She now resides in Anthem, AZ.
Susan Dietz, our Registered Dental Hygienist, was born in Greenville, Ohio but grew up in Western Pennsylvania. After graduating from high school in 1981, Susan headed west and attended Northern Arizona University graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1985. Susan has practiced hygiene in North Scottsdale and Fountain Hills for 24 years and has spent the last 6 years with Dr. Jenista. She loves what she does and takes pride in being able to provide quality care in a comforting atmosphere. Susan is married to Paul, and they have a son named Grant. In her spare time she loves watching her son play baseball and attending diamondbacks games, golfing, exercising, and being outdoors.
